賽諾菲安萬特Incentive系統，可依據不同的職務、不同的發放獎金期間設定不同的獎金計算方式，並可依據不同的職務產生相關的報表

適用對象

• 適用於藥商的業務管理領域

軟硬體設備

• Web伺服器：MS Windows NT/2000/XP作業系統、Internet Information Server 6.0以上、Microsoft dotNet Framework 1.1、MS Office 2000以上
• 資料庫伺服器：MS SQL Server 2000 以上
• Client環境：IE 6.0、MS Office 2000以上

產品功能

Base Setting：Base Setting 含有兩個function, Employee and Territoty

• Employee：可查詢、匯入、匯出員工資料
• Territory：設定每一個職務的區域

Incentive Period：設定獎金區間

• Session Listing：此功能為設定每次發放獎金的規則

Sales Team

• Period Listing：建立獎金計算的 import 基本資料
• Quarter Incentive：此功能可以逐筆輸入獎金或是使用複製的方式輸入
• Year End Incentive：年終獎金輸入
• Listing Incentive：此功能設定Listing相關的Group與Customer、Product等相關設定
• Listing Bonus：此功能為當Listing計算後的修改功能，可決定是否將此筆獎金列入計算與累積獎金
• Listing Phase Bonus
• Incentive Calculate：設定三種Quarter Incentive, Listing Incentive, Year End Incentive Sales
• Sales Target Adjust：此功能為可調整Sales 、target
• Bonus Adjust：此功能為提供調整 incentive 的獎金
• Incentive Statistics Reports：相關的統計報表有Incentive Quarter YTD Listing Summary、Incentive Pay Rate Analysis、Incentive Summary
• Incentive Reports：和 Incentive Statistics Reports相同，但會依據職務區分
